You will automatically be enrolled into our loyalty programme when you create a new Melanin Haircare account or log in to an existing account. This means you don’t need to sign up separately to Melanin Haircare Rewards Club.

We recommend that you opt-in to our email marketing to ensure you receive updates about your Melanin Haircare Rewards Club.

Melanin Haircare Rewards Club is a loyalty program offering credit and four membership tiers: Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3. As a Rewards Club member, you will earn points as you spend, giving you exclusive access to an array of benefits at each membership tier, as well as opportunity to convert your points into credit that can be used on site. Each membership tier is reached by accumulating points to pass the threshold for the next tier. Reward Points are earned on every purchase. Simply place an order on any product and earn 1 point for every $1 spent. You can also earn points by leaving reviews and completing your Beauty Profile.

For 25 points you will earn $1, for 75 points you will earn $5 and for $150 points you will earn $10. Once converted into credit and used, your points will be deducted from your total points that qualify for credit redeption, however you will continue building points that are related to your Tier.

Your Tier cumulative points balance builds and automatically assigns you to each new tier once the threshold is met, each tier has unique benefits to redeem and enjoy.

You can view your points balance by signing into Melanin Haircare, selecting My Account followed by Loyalty Reward.

If you’ve recently made an order, your points will update as soon as your full order has been shipped.

Simply log in or create an account. Head to My Account and simply click "Join now" or tick the opt in box during registration if you are new.

• Earn 10 points for completing your Haircare Profile

You need a certain amount of points to reach each tier:

Tier 1:

0 - 50

Tier 2:

51 - 200

Tier 3:

201 - 300

Your points will be valid for 12 months from the date they are credit to your account.

You have 60 days to redeem your credit, make sure you only convert it when you're ready to shop!

You can check your Rewards Points balance in your My Account section, within your Melanin Haircare Rewards Club area and on product pages. If you believe you should have more points than you currently do, you can contact the customer service team.

Rewards Points will be awarded up to 48hrs after dispatch and added to your account.

Details and access to most of your benefits will be delivered via email along with details of how to redeem, so make sure your email address is up to date in your account. In some cases the rewards will be automatically applied at checkout.
